Sozhaa Capital: investment criteria for a multi-vertical group

How we evaluate investments when every dollar must strengthen the operating system—not just the balance sheet.

Published 2026-05-05·By Sozhaa Leadership·1 min read·Capital

Capital allocation at Sozhaa Capital is governed by a simple filter: does this investment strengthen the group's operating system, governance posture, and long-term compound value?

Three gates

Proof gate. We prioritize investments with verifiable traction—revenue, users, regulatory clarity, or technical milestones—not narrative momentum. Pre-product concepts require exceptional team and market fit.

Systems gate. We ask whether an investment creates shared capability. A standalone asset that cannot integrate with Sozhaa AI, Digital, or Recruit infrastructure faces a higher bar than one that compounds across verticals.

Governance gate. Regulatory exposure, entity structure, and disclosure requirements are evaluated before term sheets—not after launch.

What we avoid

We avoid momentum trades, undisclosed conflicts, and capital structures that optimize for short-term valuation over operational durability. We avoid investments that require marketing to substitute for proof.

Co-investment and LPs

Qualified LPs and strategic co-investors participate in a transparent inquiry process. We publish governance standards and legal disclosures before any formal offering.

Capital is not neutral. It signals what the group believes. Sozhaa Capital is designed to signal discipline.
